A Type 4 Safety Light Curtain manufactured by Panasonic (formerly SUNX).
The Panasonic SF4B-H40 (often stylized as SF4B-H40<V2>) is a Type 4 Safety Light Curtain designed for hand protection and industrial hazard guarding. It consists of an emitter and a receiver that create an invisible grid of infrared beams to detect personnel or objects entering a dangerous area.
