The ETR4-51-A (manufactured by Eaton under the Moeller series) is an analogue electronic star-delta timing relay. It is utilized in industrial motor control systems—specifically designed to smoothly transition heavy-duty motors from a star (Y) configuration to a delta (Δ) configuration during startup.
