The DFA200AA80 is a compact, isolated power module manufactured by SanRex Corporation (Sansha Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). It integrates a three-phase diode bridge rectifier with an internal thyristor (SCR) on a single direct current line. It is primarily engineered for inrush/rush current protection and power switching configurations.
