The A70Q125-4 is a 125-amp, extremely fast-acting semiconductor protection fuse manufactured by Mersen (formerly Ferraz Shawmut). It is rated for 700V AC and 650V DC with a high interrupting capacity of 100kA, and is widely used to protect inverters, rectifiers, and other sensitive electrical equipment.
